- 1. To check the commercial transactions’ accuracy, documentation, etc.
- 2. To ensure records of all transactions and control for all future requirements through DMS systems.
- 3. To maintain adequate documentation and index the physical files in an orderly and easily accessible manner.
- 4. Timely clearance and follow-up with all functions concerned for on-time submission.
- 5. To bring the deficiency or suspicious nature of transactions or value to the superiors’ attention.
- 6. Accounting of transactions on a real-time basis with complete accuracy. Reconciliation of all account balances and ensuring correctness.
- 7. To keep control over monthly closing activities and maintain a tracker for AP transactions.
- 8. Assist in all statutory and internal audit requirements and coordination with internal members and auditors.
- 9. Timely audit completion by delivering clean audit reports, both statutory and internal.
- 10. Coordinate for delivery of tax audit reports, transfer pricing reports, GST audits, cost audits, etc.
- 11. Monthly reconciliation of all AP account balances, including sub-ledger modules.
- 12. Daily bank reconciliation.
- 13. Perform monthly closing activities and record maintenance for control purposes.
- 14. To assist in inventory control management.
- 15. Any other activities or responsibilities as given or delegated by the supervisor or seniors.

- 1. Preparation of Financial Statements and reporting to related Authority Strategy and Control Profit- Create PL/BS

- B.COM/MBA in Finance
