Why KOBO Distillers Yeast?
Application
KOBO Distillers Yeast is suitable for fermenting a wide variety of feedstock such as Sugarcane Juice, Syrup, B-Heavy Molasses, and C Molasses.
Dosage
The specific dosage of KOBO Distillers Yeast required will depend on the fermentation process being used, but typically ranges between 8 and 12 kilograms per 100 cubic meters of fermentation mash.
Storage and Shelf Life
To maintain its quality and efficacy, it should be stored at a temperature between 1 - 4°C.
When stored under these recommended conditions, it has a shelf life of 42 days from the date of manufacturing.
