Application Specialist

Job Description
  • 1. Product Testing  – Quality check and testing of OYI developed Distiller’s Yeast. 
  • 2. Yeast Identification – Distiller’s Yeast trials in laboratory and plant scale.
  • 3. Fermentation –  Technical support & troubleshooting in the fermentation section of the distillery to help existing /new customers thus promoting Yeast & other related products. 
  • 4. Microbiological  Analysis – Analytical & microbiological testing in lab & plant. 

Skills Required
  • 1. Distillery fermentation skills 
  • 2. Microbiological knowledge 
  • 3. Analytical skills related to microbiology & alcohol fermentation knowledge 
  • 4. Good presentation skills. 
  • 5. Able to maintain good human relations

Educational Qualification
  • M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Microbiology) or Alcohol Technology

Experience
  •  01-02 years of experience in Food/Alcohol Technology
