- 3. Fermentation – Technical support & troubleshooting in the fermentation section of the distillery to help existing /new customers thus promoting Yeast & other related products.
- 4. Microbiological Analysis – Analytical & microbiological testing in lab & plant.

- 5. Able to maintain good human relations
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Microbiology) or Alcohol Technology
- 01-02 years of experience in Food/Alcohol Technology
