Sales Performance |
- 1. To achieve business targets with full P&L responsibilities and yearly KPIs and objectives of the given area/territory coordinating with RSM.
- 2. To follow sales strategies and manage sales of the given area/territory.
- 3. To identify new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Distributor Management |
- 1. To work with RSM and implement the defined distribution strategies.
- 2. To coordinate with RSM for distributor management in selecting, developing, and monitoring the performance of distributors /wholesalers / Channel networks.

Weekly /Monthly Sales Report |
- 1. Performance against budget is monitored weekly and monthly. Any variances are to be explained and corrective actions are taken. Monthly Sales report submitted 3 days after month end.
- 2. Periodical feedback/market reports on product performance and competitors’ activities.

Customer satisfaction |
- 1. Regular contacts maintained with major customers. Customers are satisfied with the level of service & products provided. No major customer accounts are lost.
- 2. Increase knowledge of the market; build relationships with key end-users and distributors in the given area/territory.

Supply Chain |
- 1. To be accountable for the supply chain functioning in the given area/territory.

Compliance |
- 1. All activities to comply with relevant company policies and govt. legislation.
|
Regional Administration |
- 1. Systems and procedures in place to support effective sales performance. Customer and account data are maintained up to date. Regular monitoring and feedback provided on the performance of Bakery Services Executives, Sales Managers, and Regional Accountants.

Liaison |
- 1. Liaise with Product Development, Product Management, Finance & HR to achieve desired outcomes.
