1) Responsible for working in the warehouse section handling and managing all Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Goods, or any other items in store.
2) Receiving of Raw materials, packing materials, or any other items following the SOP.
3) Issuing of Raw Materials, packing materials, or any other items following the SOP.
4) Dispatch of Finished Goods following the SOP.
5) Using the ERP system for doing GRN, preparing invoices, and other warehouse-related work.
6) Monitoring the Cold Room.
7) Verifying and recording the stocks for RM and FG.
8) Update of stocks to procurement and other related departments.
9) Documentation and Record keeping in log books as per instruction from the Supervisor.
10) Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and safe
11) Ensure no wastage in the operation of the section.
12) No shortcuts or hiding of any information or manipulating the information.
13) Handle the manpower in the section involving the contract workers.
14) Report to the manager with all the issues faced in his shift.
15) Be a team player and work hand in hand with other technicians.
16) Should be ready to work in any section of the plant based on the requirements and instructions from the supervisors.
17) Follow the Health and Safety policies laid down by the company at all times to prevent injury.
18) Follow the Food Safety regulations and policies of the company.
19) Reporting to the Warehouse In charge.
