Graduate Engineer Trainee QC-(Microbiologists)

Location: Kesurdi (Pune)


Roles & Responsibilities 


  • 1. Media preparation for yeast inoculation and routine microbial testing.  
  • 2. To conduct microbial testing of fermentation in-process samples and CIP samples.  
  • 3. Yeast Strain Receiving, Verification, Maintenance, and Discard.  
  • 4. Yeast inoculation to Test tube, Flask, and Punt bus.  
  • 5. To perform microbial testing of finished goods and result updates.  
  • 6. To perform water sampling and its Microanalysis.  
  • 7. Yeast sample budding and mortality calculations.  
  • 8. To carry out environmental monitoring of the packing section e.g., Settle plate technique and Air Sampling.  
  • 9. To perform SWAB sampling and SWAB analysis.  
  • 10. To carry out microorganism identification techniques.  
  • 11. To plan, conduct, and execute microbiological trials for yeast. 

Qualification & Experience:


  • 1. M.Sc. in Microbiology
  • 2. Freshers or 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field
